Order Cancellation
Your order is eligible for cancellation only if it has not been shipped yet. In case you need to cancel your order, you need to contact us, following which we will refund your money.
Subscription Cancellation
In case you need to cancel a subscription midway, you must contact us immediately. The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the full value of the boxes already shipped from the original amount paid. Price of each box would be calculated by dividing the total subscription value by the number of boxes. For example a Six month subscription has 6 boxes and costs Rs5499 without taxes and you decide to cancel the subscription before the 5th box is scheduled for delivery, you will get refund for two boxes only which will be Rs1,833/-.
Returns
A box once shipped cannot be returned. In case you find that a few components are missing, then you should contact us, following which we will proceed to send you the missing parts. In case you observe that the box is visibly damaged during shipping, then you must refuse to accept the shipment, and contact us immediately.
How long will the refund take?
If you are eligible for a refund, then the entire refund should get processed within 10 business days.
Refunds (If applicable):
Once your refund request is processed we shall notify you and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late of Missing Refunds (If applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted.
